February Client Incentive
You have shown us some serious love, now we want to return the favor! From February 1st - March 31st for each new client a member refers, $10 account credit will be added. Email contact@booksweatco.com each time your referred client completes their first class! Refer three new clients and receive $30 in account credit AND a limited edition The Sweat Co. beanie! New client must not have taken class before, maximum credit of $30 will be applied.
Cancellation Policy and Notifications
Due to high demand we require client’s early cancel out of a pre booked class more than 8 hours before the class is scheduled to start. If a client cancels class less than 8 hours prior to start time it is considered a late cancel. For late cancels, client’s are subject to forfeiting their class or for unlimited members, being charged a $15 late cancel fee.
If you are on a waitlist and it is less than 8 hours prior to class start time we recommend you remove yourself from the waitlist and check back for class openings. We do not add clients to classes from waitlists less than 8 hours prior to class starting to allow for adequate planning.
If you are added from the waitlist and you have notifications turned on you will be notified via text or email that you made it into class. You can turn on text or email notifications under your account settings on the app or by asking a coach to help!
Schedule Additions and Machine 9
We continue to add classes to make sure you get those Lagree shakes! In February, two permanent classes have been added to the schedule to offer for even more opportunities to sweat! Join us Fridays at 4:30 PM with a rotating coach schedule and Saturday mornings at 6 AM with Coach Jackie!
We are also thrilled to announce that our 9th machine is on it’s way! We are counting the days until our Megaformer family is complete and being able to offer that extra spot in each and every class! Stay tuned for details!
Introductory Unlimited Memberships
If you have been contemplating becoming an Unlimited Member we have less than NINE Introductory 12 Month Memberships remaining! Take advantage of our Grand Opening pricing before it’s too late! Once all 100 are sold the Unlimited Membership will increase to $129 per month and $189 per month for Family Unlimited (2 person household). The February schedule opens for booking on January 20th. If you are a Family Unlimited or Unlimited Member guess what....you can book on the 19th!
Each month the schedule for the following month will open on the 20th. Family Unlimited and Unlimited Members will get priority booking on the 19th. Reserve your membership today by purchasing in the online store or securing your Family Unlimited by emailing contact@booksweatco.com.
