Q: Are masks required to be worn while attending class?
A: We are requiring masks for coaches. For clients, masks are optional while taking class but must be worn when entering and exiting the studio and anytime you are not at your MegaformerTM.
Q: What air filtration system does The Sweat Co. use?
A: The Sweat Co. uses a Molekule air purifier in our studio. Molekule PECO technology destroys the widest range of pollutants compared to conventional purification, including viruses & chemicals.
Q: Do you require coaches to wear PPE?
A: Coaches are required to wear a face mask while coaching. Face masks are considered by public health officials to be one of the leading ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Q: Are you requiring temperature checks for your staff or clients?
A: Staff temperature checks are required. We have implemented mandatory temperature checks for clients before each class in all studios. Upon arrival, your coach will use a touchless thermometer to take your temperature. If a client’s temperature reads 100.3 degrees or higher, they will be asked to leave and return when they are feeling well. Clients will not lose classes or be penalized with late fees for a temp of 100.4 or higher resulting in a late cancellation.
Q: How is The Sweat Co. cleaned?
A: High-touch surfaces (doorhandles, light switches and bathrooms) are cleaned consistently throughout the day by staff. Your MegaformerTM is cleaned twice before you use it: it is cleaned with disinfectant wipes by the client who previously used it, and it is cleaned by you immediately prior to your use. Additionally, our studios are professionally cleaned once per week.
Q: What kind of cleaning solution do you use at The Sweat Co.?
A: The Sweat Co. uses CLEAR GEAR disinfecting spray, CLEAR GEAR is a disinfecting and deodorizing spray for athletic gear and equipment that kills 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, and fungi, while eliminating odors. Clear Gear does this without any harsh chemicals, like alcohol or bleach, that corrode expensive equipment, making it completely safe for use. This solution is used on your MegaformerTM throughout the day and weekly on high-touch surfaces.
Q: What time should I show up for class?
A: Show up no earlier than 10 minutes before class begins to minimize the amount of time in the studio. For your first class it is important you arrive 10 minutes prior to start time to allow for adequate introduction to our MegaformerTM.
